E&M Field Trip!

On Wednesday, July 17, several members of our church’s Evangelism and Missions Committee traveled to the Rochester Adult & Teen Challenge facility near Rochester General Hospital. Director James West provided a comprehensive tour of the facility, including common areas where the men work, study, and socialize; the dorm where the men live; and their administrative offices. James shared several powerful testimonies about how God has been at work in developing this facility.

The team was excited to see the facility and better understand the life-changing work that occurs there for these men struggling with addictions. While our church's annual budget includes $1,000 from Missions to support Adult & Teen Challenge, E&M is prayerfully considering other ways we can connect and assist. The visit generated new ideas and thoughts.

E&M could arrange for another field trip if there is enough interest. Please let the church office know if you would like to go on a future trip. Watch for new and exciting opportunities to serve this vital mission.
